BetterOffLine, Inc and Mobibolt, Inc finalized a copyright assignment for the intellectual property (IP) assets of Buzzable, a service by Mobibolt. The acquisition gives BetterOffLine ownership of IP that will be integrated into the service currently being developed by BetterOffLine. The acquisition also provides BetterOffLine with the short-code "Buzzit" and greatly advances its time to market.
